This is to kindly inform and make you aware about our refund policy.

• Registration fees, Visa and admission consultation service charges, Hello verification charges, Courier charges, VFS charges, Skype Interview charges, Dummy ticket charges Visa application fees, and Biometric charges paid for a Study permit application is not refundable from our end in case of visa Denial. Sentpo will not be liable for any it.
• College application fees paid to the colleges or Universities for admission process is not refundable in case of admission denial.Sentpo will not be liable for any it.
• There will be a deduction of service charge from Tuition fees paid to the colleges or Universities in case the candidate wants a refund of tuition fee paid. The service charge is decided by the college or University. Sentpo will not be liable for any it.
• In case of refund for GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) or Living Expenses,Blocked Fund transferred to the bank outside India, the bank will deduct a service charge which is decided by the particular bank and Sentpo will not be liable for any it.
• Sentpo will not be liable to refund the consultation fee incase the candidate’s visa denied due to insufficient financial means or if the candidate couldn’t convince the visa officer his or her purpose during the Embassy skype interview.
• Refund of Registration fees and Partial refund consultation fees will be made by Sentpo in case if we were not able to get the candidates any admission from the colleges or Universities.
• Refund of Registration fees and Partial refund of consultation fees will be made by Sentpo in case the candidate got a visa rejection, and the rejection letter states that; the visa was rejected due to Incomplete submission of required Documents or Fake or manipulated Docs.
